I updated the cover
Why? I’m not really good at what should be on a cover. I did like the original cover but a few things were pointed out after the book came out when I talked to a number of folks.
So I spent a few hours today and redid it. Now, I’m not an artist, but I know how to photo edit and have a few good editing tools (from back when I used to make my own covers) and also for turning ebook covers into paperback covers.
So I changed the background from day to night. I added the lights, yes I did use AI for some of it. But a lot of the artwork really isn’t changed, beyond lighting. I did also add a little something extra which you may or may not notice, due to a suggestion from a fan on Patreon.
Anyways, the ebook should update soon, the print book tomorrow. Sales have been kinda lame, So I’m hoping that maybe this will help pick them back up.
Just picked it up. Personally, I've started timing most of my Kindle purchases to benefit from Double Points Days. That's why I didn't grab it on day 1.
For what its worth Amazon did not recommend this to me as I expected it would. I had to go out and find it which is why I didn't buy it until today (I missed or forgot your original post).
Looking forward to reading, but I suspect I'm not the only person who didn't get it mentioned to them by their ebook pimp/pusher
